Do I need to wait until I stop birth control to start RESET?
RESET can be started before or after stopping hormonal birth control. You don’t need to be immediately post-birth control to incorporate RESET into your daily routine.
How do I take RESET?
Take 3 capsules daily with food and water. Consistency matters most, so choose a time that fits easily into your daily routine
How long should I take RESET?
We recommend giving your body at least 3–6 months of consistent support. Everyone’s experience after birth control is different, and some women may choose to continue RESET beyond six months as part of their daily routine.
